New website goes live!

I’m pleased to announce that my new website is finally launched – and just in time for WordCampUK 2009!

Please bear with me whilst I fill up the portfolio sections (and swot the odd bug!). There is some functionality I have not included just yet – but I thought it was time that my own website was based on WordPress. It was sad that I had neglected my own personal site for so long and way overdue to be rebuilt with a WordPress content management system backend.

I’m fairly happy with it, even with a few Javascript bells and whistles the XHTML validates through the W3C checker, which I’m pretty happy about (and have achieved on my last 3 sites now!). It’s built to be flexible so I can play around with the design easily in the future and WordPress will give me a great platform for content management – so drop by every now and again to see whats happening as I will certainly be able to keep this site more up-to-date than my old Flash based one!
